Our Coaching
Q. What is coaching?
Coaching as it relates to businesses, is a means by which business owners
and their staff are guided through a process which with support of their
coach will empower these people to overcome for themselves the challenges
they face achieving the desired outcome. For a more complete explanation
read our article "Coaching
- What is it all about?"
Q. What sets Superb Coaching
apart from other business coaches?
We take a holistic view of the business recognising that in order to
achieve growth and improvement, the business as a whole must have the
capacity to deliver to that change in a consistent manner.
We also make use of leading edge technology, models and techniques to
deliver greatest efficiencies and value to our client.
Most importantly we have experience in the real world of corporate and
privately owned businesses. All our coaches have formal qualifications and
solid industry experience across a broad range of business types.
Q. So how does your coaching
work - am I required to follow a pile of manuals and listen to a collection of
CD's?
No your not. Our coaching is very much involved around partnering with
you on a journey. We lead you on a journey of awareness and learning meeting
with you face to face. There are no manuals to read or CD's to follow. We
will provide you with a wealth of support material however most of the work
is at a personal level.

Our Solutions
Q.
What is a business architect?
Imagine you own an old run down house in a great area. You
have decided to renovate it or you may even decide that you will
knock it down and build a new one. You want this house to
represent all that you hold of value in life, you want it be a
home where you feel safe and secure and you want it to fit into
the local environment working with that environment as one. Of
course you go to your building architect to design this house
incorporating all the feature you want combined with the
inspiration that you come to expect form your architect.
Translate this into a business and you have some idea of what
your business architect would do for you with your business.
Read this for a more complete
explanation.
Q. Why is succession planning
or exit planning being discussed so much?
Quite simply, as you are aware we are an aging population and
this is having a big impact on the ownership of businesses
across the western world. In Australia, over 60% of business
owners expect to get out of the business and retire by 2014. Can
you imagine the impact this will have on anyone wanting to sell
their business in that time frame?
The competition will be fierce and selling a business is
going to rely on those businesses being presented in the best
light possible. Owners need to prepare for this and all the
issues that go along with business 'transition' especially in
family businesses.

papers in our Resources Library.
Q. My business needs are very
broad - how are you able to help me in all these areas?
Superb Coaching is just one part of your solution. As your
coach we also facilitate the engagement of other professionals
that may be required to assist you in your business. These
professionals may be those you already know or are working with
(such as your accountant...) or those with whom we have an
existing relationship. Bringing success to a business requires
the integration of many aspects and your coach is ideally
positioned to facilitate this integration.
We are experts in many aspects of the business and are
proficient in many other areas - most importantly we recognise
when the client needs access to expertise beyond our
capabilities. This is why we have the
partnerships and
affiliations that we have all providing us with the ability
to deliver a TOTAL SOLUTION to our clients.

Q. What is the
Management Performance Report that you offer?
The MPR is one of 2 reports we offer as a result of clients
having completed a simple online psychometric test. After
answering the multiple choice questions we analyse the responses
to produce these reports. The tests were developed by an
Australian company who have been using this tool on a manual
basis for the past 5 years. Over 50 years business experience
sits behind the test and subsequent reports.
