As a Business Architect I deliver true
value to clients by addressing their needs in becoming more effective
in their business. This is achieved by way of a coaching and mentoring process
that focuses on aligning the business with its true intent of purpose as
an enabler for sustained
growth in the business. I achieve this through the
application of the proven tools, techniques and processes supported by my
learnings and experience that I have received over many years of business
combined with a great deal of personal and educational development.
I have over 30 years experience in business
having spent the majority of my time working within the IT industry in
management and senior consulting positions. During this time I have
experienced a great deal having worked in a wide range of business and
organisation types. What I have come to realise is that there is a better
way of doing business than the traditional methods so often used in
developing the leaders of business today.
Establishing and running a business is more
than applying management principals. It is about how you behave with that
responsibility. Truly effective business leaders need more than training
courses. It has been shown that such training has proven to be ineffective
in the development of management.
In 2002 I recognised my vision for working more effectively with business
people and that my future lay in applying the knowledge and skills I had.
The concept of delivering Business Mentoring and Coaching soon became a
reality as I saw this as the means by which I could work with others in
bringing about a positive transformation to their own behaviours in
business. Delivering to the business bottom line is the driver. The
processes with which I work are the enablers.
My background is as I said in the IT industry, leading teams of people. I
have held positions as a management consultant and IT consultant with
leading national and international chartered accounting firms and have had
my own business providing project management services to my clients. I
have a strong background working with Small to Medium Enterprises but am
equally comfortable with major corporations.
